z4Root says I'm unrooted, but I still have a transparent status bar. I downloaded and installed it last night. How can i get back to complete stock Droid X 2.2?

Unrooting alone wont get rid of your theme. Did you make a nandroid backup before applying the theme?

Yes I have, but being unrooted now means i can't get into bootstrap. unless i re-root and go into recovery?

That's what you're going to have to do. Re root and get bootstrapper back then restore your backup and unroot.

Remember, root is ONLY admin access. Anything else you do afterwards will need to be undone to return to stock. Unrooting ONLY removes admin access.

Go with Spazz' suggestions.

When i get into Clockwork Mod do i click Advanced restore or just regular restore? If it's advanced rerstore do i click each of the "restore boot, restore system restore data, restore cache, and restore sd-ext?"
