Droid X System Update to version 4.5.605

I just upgraded today because the pop-up reminding me to update was getting annoying to cancel (it popped up every time I turn my phone screen on). Right after updating, my phone won't connect to 3G. Also, it doesn't connect to the wi-fi. Is there a way to "undo" the update? If not, what can I do to get my internet connection back?
