Droid X speaker problem?

I had my droid x for one day and the speaker on the front already broke. I tried a batter pull and everything but nothing worked. Called verizon and they will send another out on the 4th. I was wondering if anybody else had this problem?

Also my music will ramdomly stop. If I play pandora or even music I download on my sd card it just stops. Its not from a text or email, it just decides to stop. Anything that im doing wrong or anyway to fix this?

Task manger will certainly kill it if you don't have the music app set to ignore.
