Droid X send radio signal?

I know that the Droid X has a built in receiver for FM radio; however, is it possible to send FM radio signals through that receiver as well?

Might be a stupid question, as I am not that knowledgeable of the hardware in the Droid X.

A receiver can not transmit. the answer is no!

Probably another stoopid thought, my droid x can make a WiFi network,which is radio waves, does it have hardware to transmit in the fm spectrum or can the wifi hardware be manipulated?

The Droid X doesn't have the proper hardware to work as an FM transmitter
