Hello.
I have had my Droid X for a few months. It was purchased in September.
It is always kept in good condition and has never been dropped nor damaged in water.
A few days ago there has been this pix elated bar at the bottom of the screen. It is about almost an inch in size. It is usually gray and can tell that there is something definitely wrong with it. It is very noticeable.
It does not affect the use of the phone - I am still able to navigate and press over the bar, but it is tremendously annoying and takes up a part of the screen!
What can I do? Can I call verizon's support number inorder to ask for a replacement? I'm pretty sure they will resort to sending a refurbished phone, (a new one would be nice - due to the fact that I did purchase an item that is faulty or a lemon of some sort).
