Droid x problems(new thing I DONT WANT 2.3, how do i stop it)

Ive had my droid x for 4 months and straight away used z4root to root it,

well idk if in my sleep or something i "accidently" did the 2.3 ota update and I hate it...

Haptic feedback turns off in the menu but it never turns off, I ****ing hate the screen vibrating when im typing and it wont go away

and also it removed my root access but the su apk is still there and i dont know how to get rid of it


can anyone help me with my problems please

omfg,

i did a sbf, rerooted with z4root

and the 2.3 update downloaded again but didnt install


how do i keep it from installing or popping up every hour to want to install?
