droid x not being recognized by rsd lite

i am at a loss here. i rooted my droid x running 2.2 ota, installed a couple custom roms and was switching back from zapx to blackglassx and when it rebooted it stuck on the white M.
i restarted into bootloader mode, but rsd lite is not seeing my phone. i have tried changing the options to first come first serve, i am running win7 as administrator.
help please.

just an update, phone is not recognized in 'my computer' and having the same problems using a windows vista machine.

do you have the proper drivers? and what does your bootloader say?

i believe i do, it was being recognized before. bootloader says
'bootloader 30.03
battery ok
ok to program
transfer mode: usb'

i am at my wits end, been working on this for HOURS!

what version of RSD are you using? did you move the flash.ini file to the directory?

i am using version 4.8 and doh!, no i didn't move the flash.ini file.
where is that located?

i used 4.7 the last time i had to use RSD and the zip i downloaded contained the patch, RSD, and the sbf file..

i believe the_gift.zip over on rootzwiki still has everything u need except its the 2.1 sbf

that was it, thanks! the latest version of rsd lite wouldnt work. thanks for your help. gonna try and root again and get another rom running!
