droid x boot loop and no recovery?

ive been rooting a few months now, i went to sbf my phone back to .602 gb and got stuck in red eye bootloop
turned phone off by pulling battery, held down home key and power, let off power key at M logo and the droid with exclimation came up, however when i hit search key. i get no options... ive tried to sbf again 2-3 times and am getting same errors... pleasee can anyone help

Hit the two volume keys instead of the search button. They changed it for GB
