Droid x and Range Rover Sport Bluetooth Incompatibility

I have a new 2010 range rover sport and my droid x will not link via bluetooth. It intermittently connected first try and now will not link at all. It says it's paired but not connected.

Any help?

Similar problems with my 2007 Camry

I mentioned this problem in another related thread, but here's the skinny:

My DroidX easily paired with the factory JBL sound system's Bluetooth in my '07 Camry LE, however the mic audio is intermittent. Callers tell me that my mic audio sporadically comes and goes.

Others here in the forum report that Motorola is well aware of these certain bluetooth incompatibilities and that 2.2 will address them.

We'll see, because I'm about to dump the DroidX and return to my trusty Blackberry Curve, which worked just fine.
