Droid X and Ipod Touch 4g

I have question that's been bugging me. Mostly I suppose because I can't find an answer anywhere online. What are the major differences between the Droid X and the new Ipod touch 4g? Other then the obvious that the X is a phone and the Touch is not. I have the droid X and love it. But the lack of a front facing camera is the ONE and only thing that puts me off. Like most of you I like tech stuff but unlike most of you I'm not a techy type guy. Also I look forward to learning about my X and what it can do.

Really don't understand what your asking, but here is a difference.
Droid is Android based OS and the touch is the Apple OS.
