I appreciate your attempt at helping me but that's not exactly what I'm talking about, I know the clock settings reset every time you reboot the phone as a safety precaution, that's fine but it's not what the problem is.
What happens is after a reboot when I go into AOC to set the vl and frequencies they will not stick, it stays at the stock vl and clock speeds no matter what i do. Wipe app data, uninstall and reinstall, fix permissions etc. The app has SU permission for sure, it just won't work. Ialso purchased Quickclock Advanced later the same day since AOC wasn't working and it holds its OC cspeeds just fine, reboots and all. Milestone OC works just fine also.
