Droid won't go into vibrate mode...

Hey all got a stock 2.1 update 1 droid. When I use the side rocker switch to go into vibrate mode it shows the icon that I'm in vibrate mode but I get no vibration for text... Then I go into settings and it automatically checks silent mode... Vibrate worked last night, now it doesn't... What do?

When I put my phone on vibrate, the silent mode under setting is checked - the phone still vibrates though

I use the silent toggle widget from the market, its a super easy way to switch around between silence, vibrate and ring. Never seems to fail for me.
