I have a mac and i downloaded droid-vnc. I've tried everything. I tried port 5900 and 5800 i've checked the mouse and key board. I use my mac's ip address. I set the pass word on my mac's screen sharing options. Does this app just not work for mac or is this user error...

If you have a router, port forward 5900 to your Mac's I.p. address and enable apple remote desktop in Applications->System Preferences->Sharing.

Good luck

Nope. Are you trying to connect from inside (wifi) or outside (3g) your router? There are different IP addresses for each.

Can you tell me about your network? Do you have a router? If so what type? Do you have your mac's firewall turned on? These questions will help me see where to start.
