Droid turbo factory reset - now wont verify on google

Hello, I did a factory reset on my phone and now google wont verify. My profile pic is coming up on verify screen but it seems to keep looping and asking to re-enter everything. Has any one else had this is issue and is there a way to fix it?

Is it stating any problems such as password incorrect, or is it simply acting as though you hadn't yet filled that page out yet?

I actually have had this problem a couple of times with the t2 I did ANOTHER fdr to clear up the issue...i was also having a stupid keyboard paste problem...the only other phone I've ever seen have to get DBL FDR's was the droid razr g1...

The only other thing I can think of is for the Google account...sign in..go directly to the options and settings and go into secure your account. Make sure you have it linked to a close to you person who can help you verify. .that's all I've got.
