Droid Suddenly Slow...

Droid suddenly slow...when going from screen to screen or opening an app. Sometimes it stops & only unfreezes if I push the button @ the top of the phone twice,& swipe to unlock. I still have a ton of room on both my phone & SD card. What should do?

Have you given a reboot a try? Maybe go through and clear out your messages and clear the caches of your 'usual' apps
