So received jelly bean O.S. and it is blocking PdaNet on my droid RAZR. Any ideas to resolve this issue.

According to Verizon employees it's impossible to use the app after the jelly bean update.

-I believe you have all alternatives if you root.

Why pay for sqlite when you can just download wifi tether for root users for free?
