Droid Razr temperature question.

After over an hour of google searching, I could not find the answer to my question. What is the maximum safe operating
temperature for the Droid Razr? Playing certain games, like Zenonia 4, can make it feel quite warm, and I've seen it up to I think 104 degrees Farenheit. I just don't want to cause any damage to my phone. Thanks!

Processors are good up to about 160°F. Most phones will shut themselves down around 120-130°F.
