ok woke up yesterday looked at my phone and the screen had a purple tint to it so i restart it and it is still there. Called verizon they are like we have never heard of this we will just send you a replacement. ok cool except this is the 3 defective droid razr maxx i have had. anyways my question is this i need to do a factory reset but cant see the screen cause it is black and i dont have an mini hdmi to regular hdmi cable. so if some one could help i would greatly appreciate it. thank you
