I actual got a good deal at the Verizon store. Got an Otterbox. Comes with 2 screen protectors so no need to buy there's. Awesome set up. I have actually dropped my phone twice. No damage to phone or case.

I picked up the Shell/Holster from Verizon, thought it would come in handy if I needed total protection of the screen if I'm out on a bike ride or hiking, etc... It was a little pricey @ $30, but I get 25% discount :) still pricey.

Very nice construction, doesn't add much bulk with just the cover, I like how the area for the power and volume are left blank and the top and bottom are exposed. It is a very secure fit, the kickstand feature is sweet for watching videos or desk clock. It had sort of a slippery feel to it when I first opened it, kind of like a silicone residue. I wiped it down and rubbed it aggressively against a towel to remove the residue...has a secure grip in hand.

It also fits in the car dock, so I don't have to take the case off when I jump in my truck! When you remove the plastic insert of the dock to use a case you will notice the phone is a little loose in the dock. I put a small piece of adhesive felt at the base of the dock to take up the space....It's black in color so doesn't look too ghetto and does the trick :) I'm only showing pictures of the case, not the shell w/belt clip.....left that out in my truck :icon_eek:

I got the soft case for my Razr. It grips well... maybe too well to simply slide down into the side pocket on my cargo pants. We'll see. Cases will be cheap in a few weeks, so not to worry. BTW, I really like the holster/stand hard shell from VZW, but my store wanted $40 for it. TOO much for a stinking, mass-produced, plastic cell phone case. :p

40 bucks? I think it was $29.99 at my store then I got my 25% discount on top of that. I may be wrong though. Could have been $29.99 after my discount. Idk I can't remember. :p

busab, I could be wrong. The sales rep showed me four cases. Two were $40 or more; one was $30-ish and one was $20-$25 (the one I bought). BTW, I found the same (or very similar) hard shell, with stand, on Amazon for less than $26. Oh well... I might get it later.

Thus far, I like the silicone case. It doesn't change the form factor of the phone tremendously and grips surfaces well. The only negative, at this point, is that it doesn't just slip into my pocket, like the leather hard shell on my OG Droid.

Hi guys! I must say I LOVE my RAZR so far! Came from an OG Droid. It was time for an upgrade to say the least! Furthermore Verizon just launched LTE in my city last week so that made it even more time- its BRUTALLY fast!

On my RAZR I have an invisible shield and the verizon silicone case. I really like both of them and I feel I am VERY well covered in protecting the device. The invisible shield looks great and I did install it myself- VERY easy (Im a PC tech specializing in laptop and projector repair so I do have a steady hand). I wasnt going to do the invisible shield but decided I didnt want a scratched screen. For $15 its totally worth it. I know its Gorilla Glass but rest assured it CAN be scratched. My OG Droid never did get scratched and I abused the hell out of it but my GFs OG droid did have a pretty deep scratch on the screen and it was VERY noticeable. For that reason I got a screen protector and would recommend it to everyone else.

On to my question- Does anyone know of a belt pouch/holster that will accept the RAZR with the silicon cover on it? I got one for a droid x2 that is too small. The phone does fit without the cover but I want the cover to stay on.

Really liked this one too. And you can keep it in case and will fit in HDMI dock. This one kept the profile low, felt nice, nice kickstand...in the end i just couldn't bring myself to bulk up such a sleek phone...and I'll hope it is as durable as it looks.

I got the one pictured above (with the belt clip holster and the kickstand) and I love it. Doesn't really add any bulk or mass to the phone to speak of and gives me just enough extra needed texture to hold on to. I bought some of the VZW 3pk protectors and hate them, so screen is naked at the moment. Never had a probelm with OG droid so I may not worry about it here. We'll see.

Another advocate for the Ottorbox Commuter case here, I love everything about it. Feels great in the hand without adding a lot of bulk, and I know my precious is protected just in case.

Big fan of the Otterboxes. They have a few colors too, like this one Name Your Linkhttp://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005XBLBS6/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=pwintrigueweb-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B005XBLBS6">Name Your Link</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=pwintrigueweb-20&l=as2&o=1&a=B005XBLBS6" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;
