I got the update for Jelly Bean but after installing it I could no longer tether withan USB cord. Verizon and Motorola could not resolve the issue. I tried several apps and they didn't work. Verizon sent me a new phone with ICS still on it and told me not to upgrade until this issue is resolvedJelly bean has been sent to my new phone but I won't install it. Does anyone else have this issue?
