Droid Razr Bootloop and factory wip/reinsatall not working. help?!

Hey i have a rooted droid razr running ics. i went to install a theme. installed from the zip file through. and it said it had been successfully installed. but when i went to rebooot it went into a bootloop.and i tried resetting to factory ics with both droid razr hd utility and rsd light. neither worked. at this point idk what else to do. can anyone teach me howto fix this? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
