Droid razor NOT turning on AT ALL!!!!! PLEASE HELP

My battery died all the way down and the phone switched off on its own. There is a flshing red light in the upper right corner, but the phone WILL NOT CHARGE AT ALL!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!

Make sure you are using power cord that came with phone and wall outlet, not USB. Will take a while to charge enough before turning on...
