Droid problems when Verizon won't help?

    My brand new motodroid won't go into google navigation as the button is not available on the page where it shows the street directions.

    also, I have to remove and reinstall my battery everyday to get email.

    I spent countless time with the tech support and basically get a finger up my ___. This is the reason I left Blackberry and I am getting the same response again.

    any suggestions as to making these things work?

    If it's brand new take it to a Corporate store and get it swapped out.
    You've got 30 days.

    where did you buy it from?
    most stores have a 30 return policy in which you deal with their return policy and not Motorola's or Verizon's. i bought mine from Best Buy, and within a day realized the backlight for the physical keyboard wasnt working. Went to Best Buy, and had another Droid within 10 minutes, no problems. They even replaced the Invishield I had on the first Droid.

    Dont deal with the tech support and go back where you bought the phone!

    Yup. You've got 30 days to be completely satisfied... if you're not, exchange it. That's unacceptable and not how your Droid should function.

    yup...what they said^^^

    go to a corp store...they are usually very helpful
