Droid Pro to do 4G?

Probably a question that gets asked alot.

I want to get a Droid Pro soon. I am a former BB Tour user and got a Droid1 in July. Love the Droid way of things but miss the Tour's keyboard.

Will this support 4G that VZW is rolling out soon?

No it will not. It is limited by it's hardware.

You gotta admit that even at 3G speeds the pages loudly fairly quickly.

I also miss the bb keyboard. I like the droid pro but the keys are just a tad bit narrower then Nb's.

I live in BFE so I don't have to worry about seeing LTE until 2013 anyway. We were one of the last markets to see 3g, I doubt anything will change with 4g. I don't see waiting on an LTE phone unless you live in a big Metropolis.

3g speeds are completely fine with me. I can't see me needing anything faster for now unless I'm planning to tether a lot, and I don't. But hey, some people like to go fast.

You may wanna go ahead and get this phone if you like the form factor. If it doesn't sell well we may not see another portrait keyboard on an Android phone for a long time. ;-)

I dont know how much of a difference it will be. I just picked up the Droid Pro last week
