I just saw this over at alldroid.org
wasn't sure where to post sorry about that

---------Wow i was as shocked making the video as i am right now. Ran both of them side by side and motorola droid had a faster speed test the the incredible. equal playback of music from sd card and equal boot times. Droid running Bugless Beast v1 overclocked at 1ghz. Keep in mind the incredible not only runs Android 2.1 but Sense on top. Also keep in mind im not a Motorola Droid users defending his phone, i am a new incredible user showing hard facts with video.

    UPDATE:
Just ran linkpack on both and Motorola Droid hits 8.2 MFLOPS and Incredible 6.9 MFLOPS

    Youtube Video still processing
    Motorola Droid vs Droid Incredible

Motorola Droid vs Droid Incredible 2

    uploading done in 40mins -----------

figured i'd show some people who may want to see the overclocked bugless beast compared to the new incredible.good to know developers can optimize software to keep up with newer hardware

While the Incredible will be rooted and OC'd, it wont be OC'd as much as the Droid has. The Droid's processor is stock clocked at 600mhz and can OC to twice that speed [1200Mhz] in most phones. The Incredible uses the same processor as the Nexus One, which has only been overclocked to about 1300Mhz. I do believe that the Incredible is a better phone though.
