A good majority of the time my Droid X2 simply refuses to ring when I get a text message, volume up, volume down, locked, not locked, etc. It doesn't even display a notification like it should. The calls and alarms work just fine.
What the heck is going on?
Also, how can I get it to vibrate when I get a text message?
