So my droid froze one day then I pressed the lock button and since then all I can see on my phone is black, the backlight works, and the touch barely works, but i can't see anything. Anybody know the solution?

That does not sound good. Did you drop your phone? Is it rooted? If not take it to VZW and ask for assistance.

I think they are too, which may explain why this new trade in program the droid 2 is nearly half the price of the original droid because the original is almost out of stock and they aren't manufacturing anymore of that model. So you're more likely to get a droid 2.
