i've had my incredible for about 2 weeks and it worked perfect, nut now

sometimes when i am in a txt message and im done txting i hit the home

button and it freezes on the txt and then 5 seconds later it goes to the home

screen but it take about 15 seconds before i can move the screens or open an

app. also i sometime just turn my phone on from sleep and it says, something

like htc scene has run into an unexpected issue, and gives me the option to

    foreclose or wait

anyone had this issue, or know how to fix it?
    thanks

I don't have a Incredible so I don't know exactly where you go, I imagine it's pretty much the same across all devices. I would say go into your settings and clear the caches of your apps. If not you could back up all of your applications and contacts and do a factory reset. I would also suggest (if you haven't already) getting a task manager. That is because, even if you close an app its process still runs in the background of your phone causing speed problems and battery drain. Have you installed apps recently and then not to long after noticed a slow down? If so then back up and erase recent applications until your phone goes back to your normal speed. Your back up is for just in case that does nothing. I am suggesting that because maybe an application isn't running the way it should (or didn't install properly) for your phone and is causing a speed infringement on your phone. Hope this helps you. If not, I hope you find your speed fix! :D

thanks for the reply, i think im going to do a factory reset, ive cleared all the cache on the phone and i do have a task killer, i have been downloading apps non stop so i think one of them is the problem

the problem i found is htc sense keeps needing to be closed because it stops un-expectantly, pretty annoying
