Hi. I purchased my Droid Incredible in May. It started freezing up and sometimes when people who are on my contact list called, it showed the phone number, but showed the contact as "Unknown". I had to get a replacement. I wanted to try to plug it into my laptop, show the removable hard drives (from the phone), and drag and drop the information to my laptop (pictures, ring tones, etc), and then to my replacement phone. But now I cannot get my old phone to come on, and when I plug it in to my computer, the light on the phone does not come on as well (showing that it is charging). HELP PLEASE!
