Droid Incredble ram vs Motorola Droid ram

Does the Incredible have more RAM then the droid? On my Droid after I killed a apps I would have between 70 to 80 Mb left and on my incredible after I kill all apps I have like 260 Mb left is there a reason for this?

A lot more memory if you are referring to the Droid 1. The same if youre referring to the Droid 2.

Droid 1 - 256MB
Incredible - 512MB
Droid 2 - 512MB
