I was running CyanogenMod 6, Froyo on a Moto Droid. I wanted to unroot it and tried to by following an instructional video on youtube.
Now my phone is all kinds of screwed up. I can get it into the ClockworkMod recovery mode, but I can't get it to anything from there, it just gives me the motorola emblem. I wiped all data for a factory reset, thought that would fix the problem, but it didn't. I really need some help here.

    Thanks.

    Ok use this post here......

Through clockwork you need to mount usb storage, from your computer drop the zip file onto your droid's sd card. Make sure it is on the root of the card and not in any folders. Then apply zip from sdcard and it should bring you stock 2.2. If you need a more detailed explanation than that, let me know.

The wall charger is much more effective than the USB due to the amperage output. The USB does not charge well. Plug it into the wall for an hour or so.

Now, are you familiar on how to flash an SBF??

If you follow the link that OneTenderRebel provided you do not need an sbf file. Just download the FRG22D file from that post and install. This will put you back to stock without using rsdlite.

Here is the link to unroot without file an sbf file.

Make sure you have 70% of your battery before flashing any rom. So charging via the wall charger is the best when the battery is lower then normal.

I believe so. Once I can get back to recovery mode, I know how to mount/unmount the sd card. I found this link for an sbf that will get me back to stock 2.2

    http://ted.servepics.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=70%3Aunroot-your-droid-without-rsd-lite&Itemid=46

Once I can get that sbf onto my sd card I can install it from recovery mode...right?
