Almost every time I set the phone down on a flat surface, it jumps into landscape mode. How do I prevent this from happening while still allowing landscape mode?

It seems to be really touchy when it comes to shifting to landscape, but normal when it comes to shifting to portrait. It's like the sensitivity for landscape is at a lesser angle than it is for portrait.

Is this just a Droid issue or is it an Android issue?

the droid is very "sensitive" when it comes to that.

I have a "technique" though. put the device to sleep mode then put it on any flat surface.

Mine just started doing this. Did you find a solution?
