Droid eye boot loop issues

So I started out with 2.1, then I installed Froyo, then 2.2.13, and then 2.2.15 with tranquility. Then I installed FlyX and tranquility over top with the dark notification bar. Then I SBF back to 2.1 and now every time I try to do anything it just does the Droid Eye Boot Loop. I can SBF to stock and root, but I cannot install traquility, 2.2.15, FlyX etc. or I will get boot loop droid eye. So, I decided to sbf to 2.1 and install ota, well I got root and tried to deodex and guess what, you guessed it, droid eye boot loop. Im at wits end. Tried everything.
