droid eris stuck on cyanogenmod 7 screen after flashing gsb v4.4

followed every step carefully & after the flash/reboot it showed the cyanogenmod 7 logo with the blue flash running through it & thought it was gonna take a few to install the rom but its been stuck for over an hr.
i cant restart my phone not sure if i should do a battery pull or just wait,also my phone isnt reading my charger.

Its called a bootloop. Pull the battery, boot onto recovery and flash your backup. Its not uncommon for this to happen to any phone. Could be a corrupted download. Delete the file and try again. Make sure you have the right file for your phone. Also make sure your phone is completely charged after you flash your backup. Good luck!
