Droid dials wrong person

There's this bug with my droid and I'm not sure whether others are experiencing it as well. Sometimes after I call somoene, I try to redial by touching the phone icon in the call log. But occasionally after I dial that person, I realize that the droid dialed someone else (completely unintended).

Is this a widespread issue? If so, is it being worked / fixed in 2.1?

never had that problem myself. are you sure your aim is good and you aren't accidentally hitting the contact above or below the intended one? or is the person it actually dials not even on the call log in proximity to the intended one?

100% sure. They may be in proximity, but I see the phone icon highlighted and clicked.
