Droid charge contacts on home screen.

My girlfriend has a charge and on one of her home screens it shows her contacts that u can scroll through in a circular but horizontal motion. I was just wondering if there is an all that can be downloaded to make this happen and thanks for help with my last issue. The launcher was go ex.
