DROID BIONIC THEME! Anyone wanna give a rookie some pointers?

What's up people, I'm going to be working on my first theme ever. A Droid Bionic theme. It will be on Stock blur for authenticity, and my plans are to throw in the boot animation, change out the 3g icons to 4g lte, try to metamorph theme the lockscreen, and theme the widgets, dock, and icons. I need some pointers though (mopar56 has helped me out). What computer programs will I need? (win7). What apps will I need? and where do I start? Any input is appreciated and once I get this thing going ill make an official thread.

Here's something to help you on the way then...
Maybe they'll prove useful, pulled them out of a cm7 theme.

Some programs that may be helpful for mm are 7zip and notepad++. I'll give you some links in the morning

When doing an update.zip it covers everything. So MM is not needed.
If you are on CM and use theme chooser, the MM fills in the stuff the apk doesnt.
