Droid bionic sounds like a transformer!!

Every once in a while the phone sound will be distorted and sounds like a transformer. It just goes away by it self in like a minute.

I believe that transformer noise is coming from the Bionic live wallpaper. I'm pretty sure there is a setting to disable it.
