Now after trying the split cord, hotwire, new battery even just bought.

I am stuck i know alot about these type of things but i guess not enough. I feel that ive tried anything and everything, and my droid razr screen cracked and i need a new backup i have RSD LITE and everything so just let me know. THANK YOU

Sounds like the battery is still dead.

If you connect the wall charger and pull the battery with the phone off.. It should show a battery emblem with a question mark in the middle of it hence it does not detect a battery to charge. Put the battery back in and it should show a percentage of battery life and start charging..
