DROID BIONIC DIED DURING FLASH now wont turn on

so i bought a new battery i was flashing a custom stock rom onto my bionic and during the flash it died.
Now after trying the split cord, hotwire, new battery even just bought.
it will not turn on it wont even go into ap fastboot or anything its just black but for some reason when i plug it into my comp. with the motorola usb cord it turns the white light on please help. I am stuck i know alot about these type of things but i guess not enough. I feel that ive tried anything and everything, and my droid razr screen cracked and i need a new backup i have RSD LITE and everything so just let me know. THANK YOU

Sounds like the battery is still dead.

If you connect the wall charger and pull the battery with the phone off.. It should show a battery emblem with a question mark in the middle of it hence it does not detect a battery to charge. Put the battery back in and it should show a percentage of battery life and start charging..
