I'm writing this to save the aggravation of anyone else with a Parrot system in their car.
I have a droid x but from what I learned that doesn't matter.
I have the 3200 series (the mini LCD screen) in my 04 Lexus lS400 and I've been on the phone with Parrot all day and after wading through the lower tech level support folks, this is what I learned.
Yes it will work for receiving calls but you must dial through the phone.
Voice dialing will NOT work through the parrot. It can only go through the phone, a huge setback for my sanity with the little woman.
I've finally decided to activate her old phone under a different number and stick it permanently in the car.
