You should keep in mind that practically every current smartphone on the market has anecdotal reports of poor battery life. I would take them with a grain of salt. Smartphone battery life varies widely from person to person based on usage and app background data settings. Was considering trading in my droid 1 for the droid 4 but with all the battery complaints and some questions about the screen I think I might wait. Has there been any mention of a droid 5 coming?
Android 4.0 "Ice Cream Sandwich"Whats ICS?
ICS is an automatic upgrade that comes right to the phone?
So ICS is not on the droid 4?
No, it still has Gingerbread or Android 2.3So ICS is not on the droid 4?
So I need to wait for another phone to get ICS. I have the droid 1 now. Tough decision I guess. Not even sure what rooting a phone means or how to do it. Kind of new with this stuff
