Droid 4 XT894 4G - is it CDMA or GSM phone?

hi,
i am trying to buy droid 4 xt894g phone - but since I will be using it outside of US - I am wondering - is it a CDMA phone or GSM phone.
gsmarena Motorola DROID 4 XT894 - Full phone specifications specs say that it support both, but i still don't understand -
does that mean droid 4 comes in two distinct versions - CDMA and GSM or there is only one version available which supports both?
can you clear my confusion please dancedroid
