Droid 4 Stock, Rooted, Deodexed ROM Install Via Safestrap!

Developer "Myfishbear" is at it again bringing you the latest and greatest firmware for the Droid 4! He has packaged the OTA JB 98.72.18 into a nice package that is installable via Safestrap. This makes things easy since it allows you to flash this over your current rom rather than reverting back to stock and receiving the OTA update. This Rom is 100% stock other than the fact that it is De-Odexed so that you are able to use mods and themes with it, and it has also been pre rooted! This may also be a great base Rom for further development on this device. I would definitely be on the lookout for a custom Rom based on this sometime soon!
