hey guys, my phones screen hasnt been responding for over 5 hours now. ive re booted it multiple times, and tried to 'recover' it but it will still not respond correctly. it shows i have voicemails, texts, and emails and i cant see any of them. i really need my phone to work. i need some advice that will work. thanks guys!
