Droid 4 - Fastboot Recovery LOCKED (Status:0)

THIS METHOD IS ONLY FOR RECOVERING YOUR DROID 4 BACK TO STOCK SHOULD FB LOADER BE LOCKED AND WILL STILL BE LOCKED AFTER THIS METHOD BUT ATLEAST YOU CAN USE IT TO RECOVER YOUR STOCK FROM

Also: I don't take responsibility of any of this as I am just saying this worked for me for a DROID 4/VZN/4G LTE CDMA Phone after I grew tired of
trying different things for this problem and became the Guinea Pig and was ok with it due to being desperate.
Ok I am a n00b but this worked for me to get rid of the Fastboot Recovery Locked (Status Code:0) Problem
First download the drivers for your Droid 4:

http://dottech.org/uploads/MotoHelper_2.1.32_Driver_5.4.0.exe (I am not sure which device drivers make it detectable by RSD Lite but just download both)
DOWNLOAD this original image: (There was 2 to chose from on the post I got this information from but this one was a newer stock image (NON-ICE CREAM SANDWICH. Droid 4 should not be pushed the ICS OTA, so if you downloaded ICS on your own...well, your on your own as far as downgrading to 2.3.6 from ICS)
http://bit.ly/LWaCuR - (VRZ_XT894_6.5.1-167_DR4-1_M1-219_1FF_01.zip) for 2.3.6 but corrupt system or locked bootloader or both (I had a locked Fastboot and corrupt services and this worked for me)
Install and use RSD Lite (v5.7): http://bit.ly/LWaCuR (Make sure phone is detected by this or you need additional drivers)
When you install open RSD Lite and chose to open the zip file from: http://bit.ly/LWaCuR

CHOSE TO DECOMPRESS AND START FLASHING!
Your phone will reboot several times if neccessary, but just let it do its thing!
Finally, now that your device is functional again you can re-root by going here:

Chose the (motofail) option from the .bat file once connected by USB Cable (/w USB Debugging mode ON and in PC MODE)
Flash will reboot several times as need be and you can begin adding back your contacts/apks/busybox/superuser,etc and your phone should be fixed/rer00ted at this point. Sidenote: Wifi Tether from: http://android-wifi-tether.googlecode.com/files/wifi_tether_v3_1-beta14.apk works!
HOPE THIS HELPS AS THIS WAS VERY FRUSTRATING FOR ME TO FIGURE OUT. BUT I SUCCESSFULLY UNLOCKED A DROID 4 AND RE-ROOTED IT FROM THIS METHOD.AGAIN, YOUR DEVICE WILL STILL BE LOCKED THIS IS JUST FOR HELP GETTING BACK YOUR STOCK ROM IN CASE YOU REMOVED SOME SYSTEM LEVEL APPS OR YOU ARE GETTING UNEXPECTED ERRORS ON YOUR PHONE WHEN TRYING TO DIAL,TXT,ETC
