Droid 3 Voice Recorder?

Hello and Thank You for the warm welcome. I'm new to the Droid world. Former BB user. I'm in need of a voice recorder/voice notes. Does the Moto Droid 3 come with one built in thaqt I'm too ignorant to find, or do I need to download an app? If an app is needed, what's the best? Thanks in Advance. Looks like a great forum.

+1 on that, i use that same app on my Droid 1 for years.
