Droid 2 global vs R2D2 Droid

are they the same phone? I have a Droid 2 and want to use the screen to repair a R2D2 droid that supposedly has a non working screen. Are the parts compatible?

I don't believe they are the same as far as the CPU, but from my experience repairing Motorola's, the LCD's should be identical.
