Droid 2 and blur

I have seen a little on this but from the screenshots I have seen the Droid 2 is going to be basically set up like the X with all the moto blur stuff isn't it? I have to say coming from a droid to the X this is one drawback I see but its not a huge one. Also is their any word on if its going to have the same bootloader lock down the X has?

From what iv heard same bootloader lock method is being used on the droid 2, AFAIK
