What about viewing downloads such as word documents, pictures, etc.? Not just apps from the marketplace. Please and thank you!

If you used a browser other than stock, the files should be on the sd in that browsers folder. I'f you used the stock browser, then look in sd/download folder.

You can also grab a file manager such as ASTRO and it will let you view all your files and folders on you android. Once you launch the file manager open up the sd card folder and scroll down to downloads (it will have a folder icon beside it) and open that folder. Once it is open you will see everything that has been downloaded. I hope this can help
