downloaded battery percentage theme and now media files wont work

I downloaded a theme off this webpage [MODS] Virtuous Unity Sense 3.0 MT4G - xda-developers and it didn't work at all. After that my phone wouldnt let me us images as my background and when i went to my media files it said ; "Unable to connect. this feature requires wifi access. please turn on wifi to use network media servers and players." I just want my phone to go back to normal and im horrible with this stuff! please someone, anyone help me lol

Did you ever do a backup? Also; what ROM are you running? Try to give a little more information so you can get more help.
